The Real Me

The Real Me - Natalie Grant

Foolish heart looks like we're here again
Same old game of plastic smile
Don't let anybody in
Hiding my heartache, will this glass house break
How much will they take before I'm empty
Do I let it show, does anybody know?
But you see the real me
Hiding in my skin, broken from within
Unveil me completely
I'm loosening my grasp
There's no need to mask my frailty
Cause you see the real me
Painted on, life is behind a mask
Self-inflicted circus clown
I'm tired of the song and dance
Living a Charade, always on parade
What a mess I've made of my existence
But you love me even now
And still I see somehow
But you see the real me
Hiding in my skin, broken from within
Unveil me completely
I'm loosening my grasp
There's no need to mask my frailty
Cause you see the real me
Wonderful, beautiful is what you see
When you look at me
You're turning the tattered fabric of my life into
A perfect tapestry
I just wanna be me
But you see the real me
Hiding in my skin, broken from within
Unveil me completely
I'm loosening my grasp
There's no need to mask my frailty
Cause you see the real me
And you love me just as I am
Wonderful, Beautiful is what you see
When you look at me

SOooOOoo many people will disappoint you in your lifetime.  Many people will hurt you, and you will do the same to others.  Perhaps not intentionally, but regardless, it's inevitable that it'll happen.  We're human.  We sin.  We make mistakes.  However, the blood of the lamb saved us from all that sin.
Thank you Father....
Holy...holy....holy....
How can I help but cry these words?  No matter how broken I am, no matter how many times I fall and stumble into sin, You love me unconditionally.  No matter how alone and desolate I feel...I have you.  I can always run into your arms.  Thank you Jesus.

Eunice

How Can I Keep From Singing

Chris Tomlin - How Can I Keep From Singing

There is an endless song
Echoes in my soul
I hear the music ring
And though the storms may come
I am holding on
To the rock I cling
How can I keep from singing Your praise?
How can I ever say enough,
How amazing is Your love?
How can I keep from shouting Your name?
I know I am loved by the King
And it makes my heart want to sing
I will lift my eyes
In the darkest night
For I know my Savior lives
And I will walk with You
Knowing You'll see me through
And sing the songs You give
I can sing in the troubled times
Sing when I win
I can sing when I lose my step
And I fall down again
I can sing 'cause You pick me up
Sing 'cause You're there
I can sing 'cause You hear me, Lord
When I call to You in prayer
I can sing with my last breath
Sing for I know
That I'll sing with the angels
And the saints around the throne

THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE SONG OF THE MOMENT!!~

God wants us to be constantly praising!  When we are happy, when we are down, when we are ALL AROUND~! HAHA. Sorry. Cheesy.
Yesterday night was no joke; I dealt with a lot of personal issues that left me a wreck.  Crying, upset, depressed, and overall just feeling like crap, I longed to worship but I couldn't bring myself to.  SATAN YOU PUNK! I hate spiritual warfare.  People, you have NO IDEA HOW REAL IT IS.  Like the hand in front of your face, it is real. REAL REAL REAL!!! Finally, I was able to break free, and eventually I fell asleep.  Anyways, it made me realize the importance of praise and worship.  It's a tool to break free from the binding grip that evil will have on you.

Acts 16:23-26 “And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:
(24) Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
(25) And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
(26) And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.”

Paul and Silas knew the secret of how to lift their hearts above their troubles and enter into God’s presence and power. Through praise and worship their hearts were raised into the joyous presence and peace of God, and provided God a channel for his power to operate in their circumstances.
This Bible story begins the unjust arrest of Paul and Silas. Because they had cast a spirit of divination out of a girl, the local Philippian authorities beat them and then threw them into a jail cell. Besides the trauma of the severe beating, they were fastened in stocks which clamped their arms and legs in an immobile position, causing cramps and loss of circulation. The atmosphere there was depressing. According to the standards of that day, a prison was more like the resemblance of a dungeon. A dark, damp, stench-ridden place, with no facility for waste or comforts of any kind.
Yet, in spite of the throbbing pain in their bodies and the disheartening atmosphere, at midnight Paul and Silas were heard praying and singing praises to God! What a strange sound this must have been to the other prisoners, who were used to only hearing the groans or cursings of those who had been beaten.
Then suddenly, there was an earthquake that shook the prison! The doors flung open, and amazingly, the bonds of Paul, Silas, and every other prisoner were released! What caused this mighty discharge of power?

Praise Elevates us into God’s Presence and Power
The Bible says that God inhabits in the praises of His people (Psalms 22:3). In other words, God “dwells” in the atmosphere of His praise. This means that praise is not merely a reaction from coming into His presence - Praise is a vehicle of faith which brings us into the presence and power of God! Praise and worship is the “gate-pass” which allows us to enter the sacredness of His glory. The psalmist writes, “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name” (Psalms 100:4).
This corresponds with Jesus’ teaching, that His presence will inhabit the gathering of believers who congregate in His name: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20). A “gathering in His name” means that Jesus must be the focus, the center of the assemblage. He must be the one preached about, sung about — the one praised and worshiped. “I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee” (Hebrews 2:12). Consequently, Christ’s presence, along with His virtue and anointing, is manifested in this type of gathering.
Have you ever noticed when “gifts of the Spirit” operate in a church service? The power and anointing of the Holy Spirit usually becomes evident, subsequent to a time of worship and praise. Some think that worship is a response after the Holy Spirit moves upon them. However, it’s the other way around. God’s presence responds when we move upon Him with worship! Lifting up Jesus Christ through praise and worship invokes the Lord’s presence and power to flow in our midst.

Today is the Chris Tomlin concert.  I don't really think of it as a concert, but I view it more as a time to worship  LED by Chris Tomlin.  Needless to say, I am SUPER DUPER excited and ready for the holy spirit to come and enter into our lives. *BAM*!!! like that.  SUPER DUPER DUPER DUPER EXCiTEDDddd! Jesussssssssssss!! I LOVE YOU AND I MISSED YOU SO SO SO MUCH.  I can't wait to worship you tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today is going to be crazy.  The heavens will open!!!!!!!!

When God’s people begin to praise His name, it sends the enemy running! I challenge you to become a person of praise, and you will experience the release of the power of God!

Some Biblical Expressions of Praise
Declaring of thanks (Heb. 13:15) Clapping hands and shouting (Psalms 47:1) Musical instruments and dancing (Psm. 150:4) Singing praise songs (Psalms 9:11) Psalms, hymns, & spiritual songs (Eph. 5:19-20) Making a joyful noise (Psalms 98:4) By lifting our hands (Psalms 134:2) By being still (Psalms 4:3-5, 46:10) By being loud (Psalms 33:3, 95:1-6) excerpts taken from By Dr. Dale A. Robbins.

Have a blessed and wonderful day my loves!

Renew and restore

Renew and restore!!!!

Several years ago, I was taking a shower, and these are the words I heard over and over.  I was using a Pantene Pro-V shampoo/conditioner, and these specific words...RENEW...RESTORE.. stood out in bold.
I felt God instructing me to renew and restore His kingdom...His people..

It's funny how once you're spiritually sensitive and open to hearing God, you hear Him and see Him everywhere.  From street signs, to banks, to words on cereal boxes,  to people, to even inanimate objects like shampoo bottles, God will speak to you.  HOW BLESSED ARE WE!!!???!!!?!?!?! I always get bewildered, and feel in awe of this, from time to time.  We are impure, ungrateful, and constantly hurting our creator.  Yet, He longs for us, with His arms wide open, always willing to embrace us at any moment.  HE LONGS FOR US TO HEAR HIS VOICE.  That is just... wow..... WOW!!!! It brings tears to my eyes.  We have such a gracious, loving Father....WE ARE SO SO SO SO SO SO SO INCREDIBLY LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like my heart is going to burst with so much adoration for Him.......HOLD UP PEOPLE.....and the fact that he feels a bazillion gazillion times more love for us.... US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For each and every individual on this planet...you.. you.. and yes.. even YOU!  HE LOVES YOU...more than words can express... Since you were born, even BEFORE you popped out of your mama's womb, when you were a tiny little sperm/egg HE KNEW YOUR NAME!

WOW......................................................................

Amazing isn't it? ^_^ HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~

Anways, this blog was initially created to talk about: fashion, trends, design, business growth, and other worldly things.  It's funny how my sister and I never wrote in it, and out of nowhere, I got this idea to record our spiritual journeys using this blog as a tool.  I've been keeping several notebooks filled with prophetic dreams, visions, and signs I've received from the Lord.  I never shared it with anyone except my sister,  Pastor Joanne, and a few close Christian friends.  I felt like people would think that I was crazy, and these prophecies were SO incredibly personal that I kept it pretty private.  I would never have imagined that I would end up blogging about something so intimate and sacred to me.  I suppose these notebooks are like diaries, but spiritual journals, where I wrote about the most intimate sessions I had with Christ... and now...

TA DAaa!! You guys get to share these experiences with me.

If even one person could be uplifted and draw closer to Jesus through this blog...it's mission has been served.  I'm still dumbstruck that God, our almighty Lord, speaks to me so clearly.  I pray that more and more, each and every day, I will be able to hear His voice with more clarity and discernment.

Thank you for reading and joining me, and my lil bbyok byok tweety bird sister, on this incredible journey of rebirth.  WE LOVE YOU FELLOW SISTERS AND BROTHERS! Have a blessed day!!

Food for the soul:
2 Corinthians 5:17 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:  The old has gone, the new is here!
